Debbie Cooper Carol is one of a kind!! She has helped us with all our lending needs and has been the biggest blessing!!! If you are or have been self employed- you know how hard it gets on the loan side of things- Debbie tackled every challenge and hoop with the most grace, ease and joyful spirit! Deb Carol was my lender throughout the process of buying my first house. She worked well with my realtor to get all my questions answered. This being my first house I had no background knowledge of any of the terminology / acronyms and Deb was able to explain all of that to me to help me become more comfortable with my decision to buy my house. She accommodated my many requests to “run the numbers” with multiple different interest rates and down payment to really help me understand what I would be paying and what would work best for me.
